Hi! I’m Felicia. I became a Pilates instructor over eight years ago after seeing how much this practice positively impacted not only my physical strength, but my overall mentality. Pilates centers me, challenges me, and brings me back to myself when I’m feeling disconnected. I feel my best on the days where I get a full body reformer workout in, and I love helping my clients feel the same.

I have gained such a sense of self-awareness from this practice, a respect for my body and a true love and appreciation for the Pilates community that I’ve built over the years. I take so much of what I’ve gained in Pilates with me into my daily life. Center, breathe, control, flow - so much of it applies not only to my practice and instruction, but into how I live and interact with others every day.

I am trained in both classic and contemporary Pilates and I love to mix both into my teaching. No session with me will ever be like the last, and I will always meet you where you are in your skill level. I am intentional with every exercise I give because I believe Pilates is an investment in yourself, and it’s my job to make it worth your while.

My main goal is to challenge and guide you toward more strength, more presence, and more confidence in your body. Every session will be designed to support you, your life and your growth.
